Important: By accessing either website or purchasing any product or course from Peppa Hart Limited, you agree to be legally bound by these Terms & Conditions in their entirety. If you do not agree, you must not use these websites or make a purchase. All sales are final. No refunds are offered under any circumstances.

1. About These Terms

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the websites located at peppahart.com, peppahartloveclub.com, socialclub.peppahart.com and peppahart.mykajabi.com (together, the "Site"), and any products, digital courses, templates, downloads, or services offered by Peppa Hart Limited ("we," "us," "our," or "Peppa Hart Limited").

By visiting the Site, creating an account, enrolling in a course, or completing a purchase, you ("you," "your," or "Purchaser") agree to be bound by these Terms. These Terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you and Peppa Hart Limited.

These Terms apply to all users of the Site and all purchasers of digital products and courses, regardless of your country of residence. You represent that you are at least 18 years of age and have the legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement.

Peppa Hart Limited is a company incorporated in the Hong Kong Special Administrative Region of the People's Republic of China. Throughout these Terms, "Peppa Hart Limited," "we," "us," and "our" all refer to the same legal entity.

The Better Branding Blueprint is an online course product developed and owned exclusively by Peppa Hart Limited. All course content, templates, frameworks, methodologies, and associated materials are original intellectual property of Peppa Hart Limited.

3. Products and Digital Courses

The Better Branding Blueprint

The Better Branding Blueprint (the "Course") is a self-paced, instructor-led online course consisting of thirty-five (35) video lessons delivered over four (4) weeks via the Kajabi course platform. Course access includes:

Thirty-five (35) pre-recorded video lessons (approximately 8–10 minutes each)
Thirteen (15) Canva and Notion templates
Supplementary workbooks and downloadable resources
Lifetime access to course materials as further defined in Section 9

Other Digital Products

The Site may offer additional digital products including but not limited to downloadable templates, workbooks, PDF guides, mini-courses, and workshop recordings. All such products are classified as digital products and are subject to the No Refund Policy set out in Section 5.

Course Results Disclaimer

Results from participation in the Course will vary depending on each individual's effort, commitment, background, and circumstances. Peppa Hart Limited makes no guarantee of specific outcomes, income, business results, or brand performance as a result of completing the Course. Testimonials and examples used in marketing materials are illustrative of possible outcomes and are not guarantees.

4. Pricing and Payment

Pricing

All prices are listed in Australian Dollars (AUD) unless otherwise stated. Prices are subject to change at the sole discretion of Peppa Hart Limited. The price applicable to your purchase is the price displayed at the time your order is confirmed.

The following pricing tiers apply to the Better Branding Blueprint 2026 launch:

Early Bird (Limited Period): AUD $999 — single payment
Full Price: AUD $1,299 — single payment
Payment Plan: 3 x AUD $499 — total AUD $1,497

Payment Plans and Instalments

Where a payment plan is offered, the total amount payable is AUD $1,497, charged as three (3) instalments of AUD $499 each. The first payment is charged on the date of purchase. The second and third payments are charged automatically on the same date in each of the two (2) subsequent calendar months.

Failure to complete all instalments does not entitle you to a refund of amounts already paid. In the event of a failed or missed payment, Peppa Hart Limited reserves the right to suspend or permanently revoke your access to the Course until all outstanding amounts are paid in full. If payment is not recovered within 14 days of the failed payment, Peppa Hart Limited reserves the right to pursue recovery of the outstanding balance through debt collection or legal proceedings.

Taxes

You are responsible for any applicable taxes, duties, or levies in your jurisdiction. Prices displayed on the Site may or may not include applicable taxes depending on your location. Where required by law, Peppa Hart Limited may collect and remit taxes on your behalf.

Currency and Processing Fees

Peppa Hart Limited is not responsible for any currency conversion fees, foreign transaction fees, or processing charges imposed by your bank or payment provider.

5. No Refund Policy

All sales are final. Peppa Hart Limited operates a strict no-refund policy on all digital products, courses, templates, and downloadable materials. By completing your purchase, you acknowledge and agree that:

No refunds will be issued under any circumstances, including but not limited to: change of mind, failure to use the Course, dissatisfaction with content, technical difficulties on your end, personal circumstances, or duplicate purchases made in error.
Digital products are non-returnable. Because the Course, templates, and all associated materials are delivered digitally and are accessible immediately upon purchase, they constitute intangible goods and cannot be returned.
Access to any portion of the Course — including viewing one or more lessons, downloading any template, or accessing your course portal — constitutes full acceptance of this no-refund policy and waives any right to dispute the charge on that basis.
Payment plan purchasers who have made one or more instalment payments are not entitled to a refund of any amounts paid, nor are they released from their obligation to pay remaining instalments.
No exceptions will be made, including in cases of illness, life events, technical issues, or any other reason. Peppa Hart Limited strongly encourages you to direct any pre-purchase questions to hello@peppahartloveclub.com before purchasing.

Why This Policy Exists

The Better Branding Blueprint and all associated materials represent years of intellectual and creative investment. Digital educational content is delivered and consumed immediately upon access, making it impossible to un-deliver once provided. This policy is consistent with standard practice for digital product businesses globally and is disclosed clearly prior to purchase.

Technical Support

If you experience a genuine technical issue preventing access to your course, Peppa Hart Limited will make reasonable efforts to resolve the issue. Technical difficulties do not constitute grounds for a refund. Please contact hello@peppahartloveclub.com for technical support.

6. Chargebacks and Payment Disputes

By purchasing from Peppa Hart Limited, you agree to contact us directly at hello@peppahartloveclub.com to resolve any concerns before initiating a chargeback or dispute with your bank or payment provider.

Initiating a chargeback or payment dispute without first contacting Peppa Hart Limited constitutes a material breach of these Terms. In the event of a chargeback or dispute initiated by you:

Your access to the Course and all associated materials will be immediately and permanently revoked.
Peppa Hart Limited reserves the right to contest the chargeback and provide these Terms, your purchase confirmation, and evidence of course access to the relevant payment processor or financial institution.
Peppa Hart Limited reserves the right to pursue recovery of the disputed amount, together with any associated bank fees, legal costs, and administrative charges, through debt collection or legal proceedings.
You may be reported to relevant chargeback monitoring programs and your details may be flagged to prevent future fraudulent disputes.

Fraudulent chargebacks — including any chargeback initiated where course access has been granted and materials accessed — constitute fraud and may be pursued accordingly.

7. Intellectual Property

All content on the Site and within the Course — including but not limited to video lessons, course scripts, frameworks, methodologies, workbooks, templates, design assets, photography, written content, brand names, logos, and trade dress — is the exclusive intellectual property of Peppa Hart Limited or is used by Peppa Hart Limited under licence, and is protected by copyright, trademark, and other applicable intellectual property laws.

Personal Licence Grant

Upon purchase and full payment, Peppa Hart Limited grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Course materials for your own personal and business use only. You may apply the frameworks, strategies, and learnings from the Course to build or improve your own brand or your clients' brands.

Prohibited Uses

You expressly agree not to:

Copy, reproduce, redistribute, republish, share, screenshot, record, or transmit any portion of the Course content to third parties by any means;
Resell, sublicence, or otherwise commercialise the Course materials or any derivative works based on them;
Use the Course content to create a competing product, course, or educational offering;
Share your login credentials with any other person;
Download or attempt to download video content from the course platform;
Use any of the templates, workbooks, or downloadable resources for resale or redistribution, whether modified or unmodified.

Any breach of this Section constitutes a material breach of these Terms and will result in immediate termination of your access without refund. Peppa Hart Limited reserves the right to pursue all available legal remedies in respect of intellectual property infringement.

8. Permitted Use and Prohibited Conduct

You agree to use the Site and Course in a lawful manner and in accordance with these Terms. You agree not to:

Use the Site for any unlawful purpose or in violation of any applicable local, national, or international law or regulation;
Attempt to gain unauthorised access to any portion of the Site or course platform, or any systems or networks connected to the Site;
Engage in any conduct that restricts or inhibits any other person from using or enjoying the Site;
Transmit any unsolicited communications, spam, or harmful content via the Site or any associated community platforms;
Impersonate Peppa Hart Limited or any other person or entity;
Post or transmit any material that is defamatory, offensive, or objectionable in connection with the Course or any associated community.

9. Course Access and Delivery

Access

Course access is provided via the Kajabi platform. You will receive login credentials via email upon purchase. Lessons are released on the schedule communicated at the time of purchase. Peppa Hart Limited reserves the right to adjust the lesson release schedule at its discretion without notice.

Lifetime Access

"Lifetime access" means access to the Course for as long as Peppa Hart Limited continues to operate and host the Course. Peppa Hart Limited does not guarantee that the Course will remain available indefinitely. In the event that the Course is discontinued, Peppa Hart Limited will endeavour to provide reasonable notice and, where possible, provide downloadable copies of materials. This does not entitle you to a refund.

Updates

Peppa Hart Limited may update, modify, add to, or remove Course content at any time without notice. Purchasers are not entitled to a refund or compensation as a result of any content changes.

Account Sharing

Your course account is for your sole personal use. Sharing access credentials with any other person is strictly prohibited and constitutes a material breach of these Terms. Peppa Hart Limited reserves the right to terminate access without refund if account sharing is detected.

10. Disclaimer of Warranties

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, the Site and all Course materials are provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without warranties of any kind, express or implied. Peppa Hart Limited makes no representations or warranties that:

The Site or Course will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of viruses or other harmful components;
The Course content will be accurate, complete, or current;
The Course will meet your specific requirements or expectations;
Any particular results, outcomes, or benefits will be achieved by completing the Course.

Nothing in these Terms limits or excludes any statutory rights you may have under applicable consumer protection laws in your jurisdiction that cannot be waived by contract.

11. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Peppa Hart Limited's total liability to you for any claims arising out of or in connection with these Terms, the Site, or the Course shall not exceed the amount actually paid by you for the Course in the twelve (12) months preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

In no event shall Peppa Hart Limited be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to: loss of profits, loss of revenue, loss of data, loss of goodwill, business interruption, or any other intangible loss, regardless of whether Peppa Hart Limited has been advised of the possibility of such damages.

Some jurisdictions do not permit the exclusion or limitation of certain types of liability. In such cases, the limitations above apply to the fullest extent permitted by applicable law.

12. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Peppa Hart Limited, its directors, employees, contractors, and agents from and against any and all claims, damages, losses, costs, and expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising out of or relating to:

Your use of the Site or Course in breach of these Terms;
Your violation of any applicable law or regulation;
Your infringement of any intellectual property or other rights of any third party;
Any fraudulent chargeback or dispute initiated by you.

13. Privacy and Data

Peppa Hart Limited collects and processes personal information in accordance with our Privacy Policy, available at peppahart.com/privacy and peppahartloveclub.com/privacy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference. By purchasing from Peppa Hart Limited, you consent to the collection, use, and processing of your personal data as described in our Privacy Policy.

Your personal data, including your name, email address, and purchase details, may be processed by third-party service providers including Kajabi (course platform), payment processors, and email marketing platforms. These providers are bound by their own privacy policies and data protection obligations.

By providing your email address, you consent to receive transactional emails related to your purchase. You may also be subscribed to our marketing email list. You can unsubscribe at any time.

14. Third-Party Links

The Site may contain links to third-party websites, platforms, or services including but not limited to Kajabi, Canva, Instagram, and other tools referenced in the Course. Peppa Hart Limited has not reviewed all such third-party sites and is not responsible for their content, privacy practices, or availability.

The inclusion of any third-party link does not imply endorsement by Peppa Hart Limited. Use of any linked third-party website is at your own risk and subject to that website's own terms and conditions.

15. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

Governing Law

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Hong Kong Special Administrative Region of the People's Republic of China ("Hong Kong"), without regard to its conflict of law provisions. By purchasing from Peppa Hart Limited, you agree that Hong Kong law governs this agreement regardless of your country of residence or the location from which you access the Site or Course.

Dispute Resolution

In the event of a dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms, the parties agree to first attempt to resolve the dispute by good-faith negotiation. Written notice of any dispute must be submitted to hello@peppahartloveclub.com. If the dispute cannot be resolved by negotiation within 30 days of that written notice, either party may pursue available legal remedies in the courts of Hong Kong.

Jurisdiction

You irrevocably submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Hong Kong in respect of any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with these Terms, the Site, or the Course.

International Purchasers

This Site is intended for a global audience. You are responsible for ensuring your purchase and use of the Course complies with all applicable laws in your own jurisdiction. Nothing in these Terms is intended to override any mandatory statutory rights you may have under the laws of your own country that cannot lawfully be excluded by contract.

16. Severability

If any provision of these Terms is found by a court of competent jurisdiction to be invalid, unlawful, or unenforceable, that provision shall be limited or eliminated to the minimum extent necessary so that these Terms shall otherwise remain in full force and effect and be enforceable. The invalidity of any one provision shall not affect the validity of any other provision of these Terms.

17. Changes to These Terms

Peppa Hart Limited reserves the right to update or modify these Terms at any time. The most current version of these Terms will be posted on the Site with an updated effective date. Your continued use of the Site or the Course following any such changes constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. We encourage you to review these Terms periodically.

Purchases made prior to a change in Terms remain subject to the Terms in effect at the time of purchase, except where required otherwise by applicable law.
